Educated in the area of Human Development & Behavioural Development, Lata is excellent in her academics.  A behavioural psychologist with extensive management experience in both the public and private health education sectors helps her to combines her practical knowledge of psychology and management to develop and present programs which meet the changing needs of business.
              
She had the opportunity of experiencing education in a diverse culture in imparting education without stress. She is also involved with psychological counselling for Special Children, teenagers as well as the faculties of reputable institutions. This helps her develop her inter-personal skills as well as work on her empathetically abilities. She feels pride in changing perspectives of the new generation. She travels both India & Abroad to train and motivate teachers, practical training to disabled children, parenting and counselling. She is invited in different countries to give guest lectures.

She keeps travelling to different schools and is engaged in carrying out workshops on Memory Development, Leadership, Parenting, Teachers Training, Techniques to score best marks, Students Transformation from zero to Hero, 360 degree Competency Mapping for Students, Teachers, Time Management, Effective Communication, Stress Management and much more. On the other hand, She is Hindustani Vocal Singer and has represented Indian Hockey Team and a Journalist too.
